Anthony (Tony) Fernandes’ eclectic background is in the hospitality, tourism, social enterprise, event and media management fields. whilst studying and working across four continents.

A fervent believer in continual education, he acquired a first degree in 2011(Media and Business Applications) from Birkbeck College London University, which specialises in part time education, thus accommodating those in regular full time employment.
Multilingual, he currently works in the main in radio and TV broadcasting, digital media, social enterprise and life coaching.
He founded the EXTRA MILE Strategic Personal Development Transformation consultancy whilst qualifying with The Coaching Academy and GTEX- (Growing Together Exponentially) London.
His focus is working holistically with employees and employers, to maximize their internal and external customer service ethos. I.e. focusing on associates feeling positively good about themselves and their service culture. Alongside confidence in the product and knowledge thereof, he considers it critical and non-negotiable in reviewing and delivering constant ‘extra mile’ incremental excellence towards seamless service delivery
His influences are in the main Anthony Robbins, Edward Deming, Michael Serwa, Jim Rohn and Sidra Jafri.
He is a Mastermind facilitator with GTEX and works with clients in confidence across many industries such as global mobility, relocation in areas such as time management, cold calling, developing self- esteem/belief, personal blocks.
He is passionate about creative branding, personal label development/management; being a ‘tough love’ personal accountability catalyst. PURPOSE: Helping clients understand why they might be ‘sabotaging’ their business and personal dreams and objectives and to be there 24/7 to assist them to get there, come rain. blow or shine.
